• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Communication, Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related role.
• Experience in B2C, career, technology, marketplace, or platform businesses is a plus.
• Experience in developing communication strategies for product launches, product features, or product marketing campaigns.
• Experience in integrated marketing communication and branding campaigns.
• Experience with content performance analysis, A/B testing, and communication optimization.
• Experience in podcast, video, event, or other content production.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Mô tả công việc

• Digital & Performance Content
• Develop communication content for digital advertising campaigns, including ad copy, headlines, key messages, CTAs, landing page copy, and other performance-oriented content.
• Work closely with Performance Marketing and Design teams to develop content that supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion objectives.
• Develop and test different communication angles, messages, hooks, and content formats based on campaign objectives and audience insights.
• Adapt communication messages across different platforms and audience segments while maintaining brand consistency.
• Monitor content performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Continuously refine messaging and creative approaches based on campaign performance and audience response.
• Product Marketing Content
• Develop communication content to introduce new Product features and product updates to target users.
• Translate product features and benefits into simple, relevant, and compelling communication messages that users can easily understand.
• Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to develop communication plans for product launches and feature releases.
• Ensure product communication is aligned with both user needs and business objectives.
• Branding Campaign Communication
• Develop campaign communication concepts, key messages, content pillars, storytelling directions, and content formats in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Develop content for social media, Community, video, podcast, PR, event, and other relevant communication channels.
• Collaborate with Event on pre-event, event-day, and post-event communication activities.
• Support podcast content development, including topic development, content preparation, script editing, and production coordination.
• Ensure all branding communication consistently reflects VietnamWorks' brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, Video, Event, Performance Marketing, PR, and other relevant teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Act as the communication/content focal point for assigned campaigns and projects.
• Provide clear content direction, feedback, and recommendations to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage communication deliverables and ensure they are delivered on time and meet expected quality standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of content processes, templates, communication guidelines, and best practices.
