OBJECTIVES: • This position is responsible for developing ideas and creating and delivering marketing content for the FE ONLINE app across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with communication objectives, product strategies, and target customer segments. The content aims to attract prospective customers, drive app installs, registrations, and product conversions, while maintaining engagement with existing customers and strengthening FE ONLINE's market presence. II. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Creative content creation • Develop the content direction, plans and calendar for the FE ONLINE app and digital products, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, product strategies, communication plans, and target customer segments. • Propose ideas, develop and deliver content across integrated marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, websites, chatbots, push notifications, in-app content, messaging and relevant offline channels. • Present the communication idea to internal team or other Bus 2. Content plan creation • Content plan creation • Work closely with the Customer Engagement Marketing and Creative teams to develop key messages for target audiences, including internal employees and customers, in support of the growth marketing objectives for the FE ONLINE app and digital products. • Coordinate with Product, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Creative, Martech, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure content is delivered consistently, on schedule, and in support of business objectives. • Monitor content posting on communication channels according to the proposed plan (include content set up on Marketing automation platform) 3. Details content development • Create creative & engaging content for a variety of communication materials, including but not limited to social media posts, EDM, presentations, website article, mobile app notification, SMS content, POSM, ... • Ensure that all communicate content adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended key message • Manage content production agencies and service providers; monitor delivery progress, quality, costs, and implementation effectiveness • Review creative content performance to optimize the communication content to meet the best result. 4. Others • Develop customer testimonial activities to understand customer demand, insight to optimize communication content to reach business goals & KPIs. • Keep updated with industry-related news and propose ideas around new & trending topics • Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Integrated Growth Marketing Yêu cầu Yêu Cầu Công Việc III. REQUIREMENTS 1. Education • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing or relevant field. 2. Experience • At least 02 years of experience in communications content production and growth marketing for consumer lending mobile applications at an advertising agency, financial institution, or bank. 3.
