• Minimum 12 years of experience as SEO Manager/ Senior SEO Manager, including at least 7 years in leading SEO teams.
• Proven experience growing organic traffic for large-scale content websites, news portals, or publishing platforms.
• Experience with digital publishing, media networks, or multi-site SEO operations.
• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic traffic growth across the company's content websites, news portals, and publishing platforms.
• Lead SEO initiatives covering Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO,Content SEO, and authority building.
• Build scalable SEO frameworks, site structures, and optimization standards across multiple websites and niches.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, Development, and Marketing teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives and content planning.
• Oversee technical SEO improvements, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and website performance.
• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other analytics tools to identify growth opportunities and optimize results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the SEO team by establishing KPIs, workflows, best practices, and training programs.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain competitive performance.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, keyword research, topical authority, and large-scale website optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Search, Google News, Google Discover, E-E-A-T, indexing, crawling, and ranking factors.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and similar SEO tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AdSense, programmatic advertising, or website monetization strategies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic through Google Search, Google Discover, Google News, and topical authority.
• Professional English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills.
