• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in social media, content, copywriting, communications, or related roles, with at least 2 years of experience working within fintech, AI, Web3, or other emerging technology sectors
• Social media strategy & Organic Growth engineering: Experience managing and growing professional or brand social media accounts across multiple platforms, with strong understanding of platform-native content, engagement strategies, and organic growth principles
• Technical Storytelling: Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
• AI & Productivity Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted content and productivity tools
• Execution & Ownership: High level of ownership, responsiveness, execution capability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Writing & Communication: Strong writing and editing capabilities with the ability to adapt tone across different audiences and brands
• Adaptability: Comfortable operating across both fast-moving startup environments and more corporate or institutional initiatives
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience supporting founder-led brands or venture ecosystems
• Experience writing website copy or product messaging
• Exposure to PR, community, or ecosystem marketing initiatives
• Basic visual design or Figma capabilities

• We are looking for a Social media & Content writer to support the growth and positioning of TOTM Labs and associated ventures across digital channels.
• This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is comfortable managing multiple social accounts, creating high-quality written content, and supporting broader brand and communication initiatives across the group.
• The ideal candidate combines strong content creation capabilities with social media execution, understands modern technology narratives, and can adapt tone across both startup and institutional environments.
• Multi-Account Management: Successfully manage and grow multiple social media accounts across TOTM Labs and associated ventures while adapting tone and messaging across different audiences and initiatives.
• Content Execution: Create and schedule high-quality social content, announcements, thought leadership posts, newsletters, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
• Cross-Platform Communication: Draft content across social media, websites, presentations, and broader communication materials while maintaining consistency and clarity.
• Narrative Adaptability: Comfortably shift between startup-focused communication and more mature institutional or corporate messaging depending on the initiative.
• Trend Agility: Monitor AI, emerging technology, and market developments to identify timely content and storytelling opportunities.
• Collaborative Storytelling: Work closely with founders, leadership, product, and marketing teams to translate complex concepts into engaging and accessible narratives.
• Campaign & Ecosystem Support: Support launches, partnership announcements, ecosystem initiatives, and community engagement activities across the broader group ecosystem.
• Execution & Ownership: Maintain content calendars, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and operate with strong ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Creative Contribution: Proactively contribute new ideas, trends, and storytelling approaches that strengthen audience engagement, positioning, and organic brand growth.
