Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 4–6 years of experience in Social Media, Brand Communications, IMC, or Content Marketing.
  • Experience in retail, pharmacy, FMCG, e-commerce, or agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management, content planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good English communication and proficiency in Canva, Excel, Google Workspace; AI tools experience is a plus.

Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and execute integrated social media and communication campaigns for brand, promotions, CSR, and category initiatives.
  • Lead content planning across owned channels, including content calendars, creative briefs, social content, and campaign assets.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, KOL/KOC collaborations, agency coordination, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and effective campaign delivery.
