I’m rebuilding my website and want the code, structure, and content planned for search performance from day one. The job is not just a visual redesign—it’s a full SEO-friendly development project that bakes in on-page, off-page, and technical best practices while the site is being built. Here is what I need: • Clean, lightweight markup and CSS/JS that keeps Core Web Vitals in the green, passes mobile-first indexing checks, and is easy to extend later. • On-page optimisation as pages are created: keyword-aligned headings, meta data, schema, internal linking, and well-placed calls to action. • A backlink & social-sharing strategy mapped to the site architecture so outreach can begin the moment we go live. • Guidance on retaining and improving any existing content worth keeping, plus creation of fresh pages/posts where gaps exist. Roughly half the material already exists; the rest will be new. • Configuration of essentials such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and caching/CDN settings. • Clear hand-off documentation so future edits don’t undo the SEO groundwork. Tech stack is flexible—I’m open to WordPress, a modern headless CMS, or a lightweight static-site workflow—provided it supports strong technical SEO. Please outline your preferred tools (e.g., Yoast, RankMath, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix) and how you’ll verify each optimisation step. Acceptance criteria: pages must load in <2.5 s on 4G, score 90+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile), show valid structured-data results in Rich Results Test, and launch with no critical errors reported in Search Console.
