Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Content SEO, Organic Growth, or a related role.
• Experience with Google Search Console and GA4; familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress, HTML/CSS, schema, or Core Web Vitals is a plus.
• Good knowledge of keyword research, search intent, on-page SEO, internal linking, content optimization, and basic technical SEO.
• Basic understanding of GEO and how content appears in AI-generated answers or recommendations.
• Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization activities to improve Innotech Vietnam’s visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer platforms.
• The role focuses on content optimization, technical coordination, performance tracking, and clear reporting based on the Line Manager’s priorities.

• Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, able to meet deadlines and provide clear updates; English reading/writing for SEO work is required.

Mô tả công việc

• Research keywords, search intent, topics, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, alt text, and content structure.
• Optimize existing content and coordinate SEO briefs or updates with Content and Design teams.
• Apply GEO practices such as answer sections, FAQs, comparisons, entity references, and supporting evidence.
• Work with Website/Development teams on crawlability, indexability, redirects, schema, and page performance.
• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools; identify ranking, indexing, traffic, and content issues.
• Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports with findings, progress, and practical recommendations.
