  • We are looking for a small, experienced SEO and WordPress team with one dedicated lead and single point of contact to take an established SEO campaign to its next stage of growth and maturity for a WordPress website operating in the notary public niche in New Jersey, USA.
  • This is not a new SEO campaign starting from zero.
  • The initial SEO work has already been completed, including:
  • Keyword research and targeting
  • Keyword strategy and prioritisation
  • Content strategy
  • SEO audit
  • On-page SEO strategy
  • Initial SEO recommendations and priorities
  • The strategy and direction are already established. We are now looking for a small team that can provide coordinated implementation and fulfilment across SEO, content, WordPress, development and technical work.
  • The emphasis is therefore on implementation, fulfilment, coordination and execution, rather than developing another high-level SEO strategy from scratch.
  • The successful team will take ownership of the ongoing practical fulfilment of the campaign, coordinating the relevant skills and resources required to complete the work.
  • Technical SEO implementation and fixes
  • Content generation based on the existing keyword and content strategy
  • Content editing, optimisation and publishing
  • On-page SEO implementation
  • Existing content updates and optimisation

  • The team should be able to take the existing SEO strategy and manage practical execution, including:
  • Planning upcoming implementation work
  • Managing content generation and publishing
  • Implementing on-page SEO

  • Managing internal linking and content optimisation
  • Reporting clearly on completed and upcoming work
  • There will also be an SEO technical person on the client side providing QA and technical oversight. Their role is to review and quality-check completed work, particularly from an SEO and technical perspective.
  • We do not want to coordinate multiple freelancers across SEO, content, development, WordPress and technical work.
  • The ideal partner is therefore a small, established team with the combined capabilities required to fulfil the campaign, led by one dedicated person who acts as the single point of contact.
