• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital content or content marketing, preferably within the entertainment, music, media or creator ecosystem.
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate original content ideas, identify compelling social angles and translate project objectives into engaging, platform-native content.
• Excellent editorial judgment, with the ability to identify compelling stories, prioritize content opportunities and adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture, digital trends and audience behavior, with the ability to identify opportunities that drive engagement and organic growth.
• Ability to analyze content performance, extract actionable insights and continuously optimize content through platform analytics and performance data.
• Proficiency with creative and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere,... and AI-assisted content creation tools.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours or weekends when required by project schedules.
• Exceptional copywriting, storytelling and communication skills, with a rich command of language and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different audiences and platforms.

• Social Content Development
• Lead the planning and execution of platform-native social media content across the Metub Originals ecosystem (captions, short-form videos, images, memes, reels, stories, threads, etc.).
• Craft compelling copy and storytelling tailored to each platform, project objective and target audience.
• Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice while maximizing creativity and audience engagement.
• Campaign Execution & Amplification
• Translate project objectives into effective social execution and amplification plans.
• Identify and leverage suitable distribution channels, communities, creators and collaboration opportunities to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize social content opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Performance & Optimization
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate social media performance against defined KPIs.
• Extract actionable insights from audience behavior and platform analytics to continuously optimize content performance.
• Consolidate performance reports and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.
• Innovation & Team Contribution
• Stay updated on platform trends, digital culture and emerging content formats to inspire new ideas and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain high content quality by reviewing outputs, sharing best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of team workflows and social media standards.
• Perform other social media-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
