• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in social media management, brand marketing, or agency environment.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms, content formats, and trends.
• Basic video editing skills for platforms like TikTok are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Mô tả công việc

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.
• Support the execution of social media plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor daily interactions, including comments, reviews, and overall sentiment; proactively flag issues and support timely response handling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver social assets and reports as required.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and audience behavior to propose relevant and engaging content ideas.
