Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Proven paid-ads experience in BFSI / lending / insurance in India (please share case studies with actual CPL and lead volume numbers)
  • We’re looking for one person to own our social media + paid ads and deliver qualified loan enquiries, not vanity metrics.
  • Plan and produce a monthly content calendar — static creatives, carousels and short-form Reels in Hinglish, targeted at Tier-2/3 city audiences
  • Run and optimise Meta and Google lead-gen campaigns end to end: audiences, creatives, A/B tests, budget pacing
  • Route leads into our CRM / WhatsApp and report weekly on spend, CPL and lead quality
  • Working knowledge of Meta’s Financial Products & Services advertising policy and RBI’s advertising norms for lending intermediaries.
  • Compliance is non-negotiable — a policy strike costs us far more than any campaign gains
  • Hands-on with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and a scheduling tool
  • Video editing for Reels (CapCut / Canva / Premiere)
  • Fluent Hindi + English; able to write natural Hinglish copy
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API campaigns (we use AiSensy)
  • Local SEO / Google Business Profile optimisation
  • Monthly ad budget: ₹[X] (managed by us; you get partner access, not credentials)
  • Deliverables per month: [e.g. 16 posts + 8 Reels + 2 ad campaigns + weekly report]

  • We are SABloan (ABFin Advisory Pvt Ltd) — a loan distribution business (DSA) working with public sector banks, private banks and NBFCs across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. We offer car loans new and used car loans.

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business Profile (@teamsabloan)
  • Must-haves
  • Our creatives must never use words like “guaranteed”, “instant approval” or “lowest rate”, and must carry DSA/partner-bank disclosures.
