Long-Term Social Media Manager (Monthly Contract) We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a long-term monthly basis. We operate multiple eCommerce brands and need someone who can create, manage, and grow our presence across: * Instagram * Facebook * TikTok * YouTube * Snapchat Responsibilities * Create engaging social media content (graphics, videos, reels and short-form content) * Write compelling captions and hashtags * Schedule and publish posts * Manage multiple social media accounts * Develop content calendars and campaign ideas * Stay up to date with social media trends * Maintain a consistent, premium brand image * Assist with community engagement when required Language Requirements Most communication with our team will be in English. Content will be created in both English and Portuguese, so the ideal candidate should either be fluent in Portuguese or be comfortable using AI translation tools (such as ChatGPT or DeepL) to produce natural, high-quality Portuguese content. Requirements * Proven experience managing social media for brands * Strong graphic design and video editing skills * Experience creating engaging short-form video content * Excellent English communication skills * Portuguese language skills are a plus * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who does more than just schedule posts.
