- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience Skills
- Experienced with social media/advertising/PR
- Experienced in social media services
- Familiar with social media environment
- Build and manage a social media team
- Think & draw up social media strategies and plans
- Give social media engagement & content ideas in brainstorming meetings
- Give social media proposal presentations to account team
- Supervise social media specialists’ detailed execution of social media plans
- Improve the social KPIs of a campaign (110% target estimation)
- Deal with social media service suppliers in case of urgent requirements
- Complete social media campaign reports
- Be STRATEGIC & CREATIVE
- Be imaginative
