Project Description I am looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Video Editor / Content Growth Specialist to help grow my presence across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. I already create original content and have subject expertise. My main requirement is someone who can professionally package, edit, publish and distribute the content so that it reaches a much larger audience and builds a strong personal brand. My content is mainly around: * Vedic Astrology / Jyotish * Panchang & Vedic knowledge * Sanskrit and educational content * Spiritual and cultural topics Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Editing long-form YouTube videos professionally * Creating engaging YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels from existing/raw videos * Creating strong hooks, especially for the first few seconds * Creating professional thumbnails * Writing/improving titles, captions and descriptions * YouTube SEO and keyword/topic research * Posting/scheduling content across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook * Repurposing one piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats * Suggesting topics based on trends and audience interest * Improving reach, watch time, retention and engagement * Developing a consistent content calendar * Reviewing analytics and recommending improvements * Helping build my personal brand and grow the audience organically Important I am NOT looking for fake followers, bots, purchased views or artificial engagement. I want real organic growth and a long-term strategy. The ideal person should understand that simply editing and uploading videos is not enough. I need someone who can analyze why a video is or isn’t performing and continuously improve hooks, thumbnails, titles, topics and content formats. When Applying Please send: 1.
