Sitti Café is looking for a proactive and self-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our online presence and help grow our brand into a recognizable local coffee destination in Charlotte. Responsibilities: - Create and manage the monthly content calendar. - Plan the overall social media strategy. - Edit and publish engaging content using the photos and videos provided by our team. - Manage all social media platforms: - Instagram - TikTok - Facebook - Write engaging captions and schedule posts. - Develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas. - Collaborate with local influencers and community partners. - Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth. - Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas. Requirements: - Proven experience managing social media accounts. - Strong video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar). - Experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok videos. - Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. - Creative, organized, and able to work independently. - Passion for coffee, food, and lifestyle brands is a plus. What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who can manage everything related to our social media from A to Z—creating the content calendar, planning campaigns, editing content, publishing consistently, monitoring performance, and helping grow the Sitti Café brand. This role requires someone who thinks as a Social Media Manager—not just a designer or editor—proactively suggesting ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
