I need a proactive marketer who can take full charge of our online presence, combining smart social-media management on Facebook and Instagram with solid on-site SEO work. The immediate goal is to drive qualified traffic back to our website, convert that traffic into fresh leads, and ultimately translate those leads into sales. On the social side you’ll run our Facebook and Instagram pages end to end—planning posts, designing thumb-stopping creatives, writing engaging captions, scheduling at optimal times, and responding to comments or DMs so the community feels alive. Paid boosts and targeted ad sets are welcome if they help hit our traffic targets. In parallel, I want the website itself tightened up for search. That means keyword research based on real intent, on-page optimisation (titles, meta, internal linking, image alt text), and a straightforward content plan so new articles rank for terms our buyers actually search. Any quick-win technical fixes you spot—broken links, slow load elements, messy schema—should be handled too. Deliverables I expect: • A 30-day social content calendar (FB & IG) including suggested ad spend if needed • Five initial SEO-optimised blog/article outlines ready for publishing • Weekly performance summaries showing follower growth, click-throughs, keyword gains, and, most important, the number of leads captured via site forms or tracked calls If this sounds like your wheelhouse and you can speak plainly about data, funnels and creative ideas, I’d love to collaborate.
