Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Internal Communication, Employee Engagement, or related HR functions.
- Ability to manage multiple activities in fast-paced environments, with strong execution, problem-solving capability, and passion for employee experience and organizational culture.
- Proficiency in MS Office / presentation tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business and HR messages into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly content.
- Bachelor Degree
- Good English (4 skills)
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination capability.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset, with basic capability in and multimedia production.

- Job Purpose or Summary
- To plan, develop, and execute internal communication initiatives that strengthen employee awareness, engagement, and connection with the company’s strategy, culture, and people agenda.
- This role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that communication messages are clear, consistent, timely, and aligned with the company’s brand identity and employee experience objectives.
- Internal Communication Planning & Execution
- Create, curate, and manage content across internal communication channels, including announcements, newsletters, intranet articles, leadership messages, presentations, scripts, and employee communications.
- Build communication calendars and implementation roadmaps to ensure timely, consistent, and effective message delivery across the organization.
- Coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring messages reach the right audience with the intended impact.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously improve communication approaches to enhance employee understanding, engagement, and alignment.
- Content, Channel & Culture Communication
- Translate and standardize business updates, organizational changes, HR messages, and culture initiatives into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly content.
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels and culture content to strengthen employee reach, belonging, and connection with company values.
- Multimedia & Event Communication
- Develop and coordinate creative assets for internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, including key visuals, posters, banners, presentations, videos, event materials, and digital content.
- Produce visual storytelling content through photography, videography, and basic multimedia production to enhance communication effectiveness and employee connection.
- Support communication before, during, and after engagement programs/events, town halls, leadership activities, and culture campaigns.
- Ensure all communication and creative materials maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and alignment across touchpoints.
- Reporting & Administration
- Facilitate communication activities, town halls, and engagement initiatives through strong presentation, public speaking, and event hosting capabilities when required.
- Analyze communication performance, employee feedback to prepare reports, recommendations, and continuous improvement actions.
- Support administrative tasks related to internal campaigns/ events, and vendor coordination when required.
