TikTok Marketing Specialist for Fashion Label (Growth-Focused) We're looking for a creative, data-driven TikTok Marketing Specialist to help grow our fashion label into a must-follow brand. If you live and breathe TikTok, understand fashion trends, and know how to turn views into customers, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop a TikTok-first content strategy that builds brand awareness and drives traffic to our online collection. Create a monthly content calendar featuring: Trend-driven videos Behind-the-scenes content Product showcases Styling inspiration Community-focused content Write engaging hooks, captions, and calls-to-action that resonate with fashion-conscious audiences. Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand presence. Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and encouraging conversations. Research trending sounds, hashtags, and emerging content formats. Monitor performance and optimise content based on analytics, audience behaviour, and platform trends. Recommend and manage paid TikTok promotion when appropriate to maximise growth. Deliverables A 30-day content calendar delivered within five days of project kickoff. A minimum of three TikTok posts published each week according to the agreed schedule. Weekly performance reports covering: Video views Engagement rate Follower growth Top-performing content Actionable recommendations for the following week Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: Proven experience growing fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands on TikTok. A strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and audience behaviour. Excellent copywriting skills for short-form social content.
