• We are seeking an execution-focused, data-driven KDP Growth Operator to manage, optimize, and systematically scale an established multi-book portfolio on Amazon.
• The portfolio features premium titles across high-leverage business models, AI automation, advanced financial market trading/identity shift frameworks, and frontier space infrastructure.
• The successful candidate will take immediate ownership of the end-to-end promotional plumbing. Your objective is simple: convert high-quality written assets with zero current baseline traction into active, ranked category bestsellers.
• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Metadata & Category Architecture: Conduct aggressive keyword and niche research to relocate books out of saturated categories into hyper-targeted, high-converting sub-categories.
• Launch & Price Promo Management: Structure 5-day promotional countdown loops and coordinate early launch velocity strategies to secure "Verified Purchase" badges.
• Amazon PPC Ad Stacking: Build, launch, and ruthlessly optimize Product Targeting (ASIN) and keyword ad campaigns. Target competitive product detail pages to capture high-intent traffic.
• Continuous Conversion Optimization: Monitor historical sales velocity, ACoS, and click-through rates. Continually refine copy, backend backend strings, and ad parameters.
• CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven, trackable history of scaling non-fiction KDP listings from 0 sales to category ranking tiers.
• Mastery of Amazon PPC dashboards, negative keyword harvesting, and product detail page targeting.
• Absolute independence in tool execution (e.g., Publisher Rocket, Helium 10).
• Exceptional communication skills to report hard operational data (ROAS, impressions, conversion rates) weekly.
