Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Applicants must have 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience with B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering clients, demonstrated GEO/AI search optimization expertise, and be comfortable with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, Rank Math or Yoast, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.Strong written English skills for technical audiences and availability for weekly check-ins and evidence-based reporting are essential.
  • We are seeking a Technical SEO & GEO Specialist to manage and optimize two B2B industrial WordPress/WooCommerce/Elementor websites targeting engineers and procurement buyers in the oil & gas, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
  • The role involves executing a detailed month-by-month roadmap focused on repositioning the sites from general e-commerce catalogs to engineering/OEM-supplier models with clean industrial branding and technical authority.Responsibilities include fixing crawl errors, broken links, optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, improving Core Web Vitals, and maintaining canonical/robots.txt hygiene.
  • Additionally, you will implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to structure content for AI search engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot, including clear entity definitions, FAQ schema, and llms.txt where relevant.
  • You will also develop content strategy and on-page SEO for category, industry, material/dimension guide, and product specification pages, ensuring content is written in clear engineering language without AI keyword stuffing.
  • Weekly rank and traffic reporting from Search Console and GA4 is required, with evidence for every completed task.
  • A short monthly report pulling from Search Console and GA4 — impressions, clicks, indexed pages, Core Web Vitals movement
  • Product/Organization schema written or corrected on at least 10 pages

  • Full Screaming Frog crawl of both sites, exported and shared
  • A prioritised fix list from that crawl, with severity ranked
  • A minimum of 12 fixes actually implemented on-site (crawl errors, broken links, canonicals, robots.txt, metadata, schema)
