• 2+ years in creator/influencer marketing, UGC, social or content, or a portfolio that proves you can do this.
• A real eye and instinct for content: you feel what makes a video work, not just analyze it.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok, short-form content, and the creator economy (US-market fluency a strong plus).
• Analytical enough to read performance data and turn it into action.

• As our TikTok Creator Partnerships & Content Specialist, you'll build and lead a network of creators who produce content that drives attention, engagement, and sales across TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.

• Your content engine consistently produces videos that convert, scale through ads, and compound month after month.
• The content you drive doesn’t just win on TikTok, it helps lift sales across Shopify and Amazon, helping turn unknown brands into in-demand ones.

• As you prove it, you grow into a Creator & Content Lead, owning more brands and building a team around you.
• What You’ll Do
• Creator Partnerships & Content Development
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a growing community of creators, from your first cohort to a thriving, expanding roster.
• Build genuine relationships with creators, communicate our brand story and USPs, and keep them engaged, supported, and producing consistently.
• Study top-performing content, trends, and customer behavior to identify winning content angles, hooks, and creative directions.
• Brief creators with clear, inspiring direction and actionable feedback to continuously improve content quality.
• Leverage AI and modern creative tools to develop, test, and optimize content at speed and scale.
• Performance & Growth
• Track content performance and identify winners based on the metrics that matter: GMV, conversion, and sales impact.
• Scale winning content through paid amplification (Spark Ads, GMV Max) and continuously improve content performance.
• Drive content that generates measurable sales across TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with data, creative, and leadership teams to turn insights into winning content strategies.
• Align with the CEO and COO on priorities, growth opportunities, and business results.
