TPHCM | Deputy Marketing Manager

• 6–10 years of experience in Marketing or related functions. At least 3 years in a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or equivalent coordination/management role.
• Practical experience in executing integrated campaigns, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, events, or retail programs.
• Multi-brand or multi-business experience is preferred.
• Practical understanding of Brand, Trade, Digital, Media, PR, and Event execution.
• Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and monitor budgets.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiar with project management tools and AI productivity tools.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• Good working English, particularly when working with agencies, partners, and international brand principals.
• Strong project management, organization, coordination, and execution follow-up skills.
• Proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and team coordination skills.
