• Minimum of two years as marketing executive role in marketing or sales experiences in building material market.
• University Graduate Marketing or Business studies preferred.
• Customer service oriented, with good listening skills plus results focused person.
• Good interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with all levels - build relationships and gain enthusiastic cooperation internally and externally.
• Proactive, high learning ability and a can-do-attitude.

Mô tả công việc

• In charge all marketing activities and administrative works of marketing team
• Develop; execute marketing communication & operational activities in a particular segment of company business.
• Analyze the product evolution and propose solution
• Monitor competitors' activity and collect their information.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to implement marketing activities of the company.
• Support sales team in gathering marketing information and preparing tools (leaflets, poster, flyers); Analyze customer needs and reaction through sales team feedbacks.
• Support sales team in development annual marketing plans, set up and implement marketing budget (yearly); Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategy.
• Interpret and translate training document.
• Carry out monthly PR activities, in charge organizing, planning for conferences, exhibitions, events etc,..
• Write and edit PR and make contact to well known magazines in building and developing brand.
• Other duties assigned by General Director/ Chairman.
