Mô tả công việc

• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets and Craftica’s digital presence to generate leads, build brand awareness in the luxury fit-out sector, and actively support the Business Development (BD) team in Market Research & Lead Generation.
• This is a content- and brand-oriented BD role, distinct from a traditional marketing position focused purely on running ad campaigns or tracking broad brand metrics.
• All produced content and collateral must directly serve commercial objectives: generating qualified leads, supporting pitch presentations, and reinforcing Craftica’s market standing among luxury clientele.
• I – Market Research & Outreach
• Plan and execute social media content strategies (with a primary focus on LinkedIn to align with B2B luxury dynamics), including defining keyword sets, posting schedules, and project-seasonality content themes.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend relevant fit-out, interior design, and architecture trade shows and industry exhibitions to attend or monitor.
• II – Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
• Manage and continuously update the Company Profile to maintain strict alignment with Craftica’s luxury brand positioning.
• Develop and curate product lookbooks and catalogues tailored to distinct client segments (Track A / Track B).
• Maintain the swatch library (materials, color palettes, finishes) for client presentations and client-facing meetings.
• Collaborate on managing the showroom’s concept presentation and overall condition.
• Support ODM collection development by providing market trend inputs and aesthetic insights.
• Standardize the visual identity across social channels and pitch decks (coordinating with graphic designers where applicable).
• Monitor foundational social media performance (focused on commercial impact rather than agency-level metrics): engagement rates and inbound leads generated via social touchpoints.
• Design Proficiency: Working proficiency in basic design tools (Canva, entry-level Adobe Creative Suite) to independently produce content without complete reliance on external agencies.
• B2B Channel Literacy: Solid understanding of LinkedIn operations for B2B engagement (in-depth paid advertising expertise is not required).
• Commercial Mindset: Strong business-oriented thinking—understanding that content exists to drive lead generation and revenue, not merely aesthetics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with Sales/BD teams, with a solid grasp of the B2B project sales cycle.
• Professional Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Content Development, or Trade Marketing; prior background in B2B sectors, high-end furniture, construction, interior architecture/fit-out, or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
• Language & Aesthetic Standards: Fluent bilingual copywriting skills (Vietnamese & English) coupled with a refined aesthetic eye tailored to high-end standards.
