Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing (retail/FMCG preferred); experience in store launch is a plus.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills; proficient in Excel
  • Education & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage priorities
  • Capable of working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Mô tả công việc

  • Drive Growth Marketing for new store launches, ensuring strong traffic and revenue, while optimizing and standardizing for scalable expansion.
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Analyze customer data, local market, and competitors in new store areas
  • Build and optimize store launch plans by phases, ensuring store KPIs
  • Execution & Coordination
  • Execute store launch campaigns: promotion, POSM, activation, communication, local partnerships
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timeline and execution quality
  • Optimization & Scale: Track performance (traffic, conversion, AOV…) and drive continuous optimization
  • Others: Perform other tasks assigned by the Growth Marketing Lead/Manager
