Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Having at least 02 years of experience working as Marketer in retail field
• Good at data analysis, and do the report on implemented programs/ activities
• Bachelor degree of Marketing/ Business Administration
• Having good skill of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

• Collaborate with MD team, Operation team and stores members to plan and implement marketing promotion, events and in-store programs;
• Analysis of customer data, consumer behavior, market research and create ideas for promotions at supermarket chains by month/quarter/year;
• In charge of preparing, coordinating, and managing POSM systems used at supermarkets, POSM is used for promotions, leaflet distribution, canvassing...;
• Work with suppliers to install seasonal decorations, decorations for store opening events, and monthly promotional festival campaigns at stores.
• Monitor and report on the results of the implemented programs;
• Other tasks as required.
• Annual company trip (once per year).
