• 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Paid Ads (Games/Apps).
• Basic to intermediate experience in managing at least one major channel: Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta, or Google UAC.

• Familiarity with tracking tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, GA4) and understanding of attribution models.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze cand make logic-based decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or a related field.

• Crossian is looking for a User Acquisition (UA) to help scale our global DTC E-commerce portfolio.
• We need a resilient partner who is comfortable with high-pressure, fast-paced environments and ready to grow alongside our international expansion.

• Working Place
• Ha Noi: 1st Floor, Pax Sky Building, 63-65 Ngo Thi Nham Street, Hai Ba Trung District
• Ho Chi Minh: Floor 12, Diamond Plaza, 34 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Plan and execute UA campaigns for a portfolio of 3-5 projects
• Manage large-scale budgets on channels such as Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Ad Networks, Meta, Google Ads...
• Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve CPA and scale winning campaigns
• Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm ad ideas; execute A/B tests for videos/images to find high-performing hooks
• Track and report campaign metrics daily; extract actionable insights from data to improve performance.
• Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to suggest new growth tactics
