- The ideal person should have experience with:

- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- On-page SEO optimization
- Technical SEO
- Content strategy and optimization
- Develop a backlink / digital PR strategy where appropriate
- Set up and optimize Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other necessary tools
- I am looking for someone who understands both website development and SEO, rather than someone who only focuses on submitting backlinks or basic SEO tasks.

- Most importantly, I want someone who can think strategically, understand the business objective, and build a sustainable growth plan rather than using generic SEO techniques.
