• 2 to 4 years of proven, hands-on experience in SEO execution, in-house or agency side, preferably in the Appliance, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industry. Agency-side experience is an advantage given the partner oversight component of this role.
• Direct personal experience, not coordination only, in keyword research, on-page optimisation, content briefing, and technical SEO audit.
• Hands-on experience with a major e-commerce CMS such as Haravan, Shopify, or WordPress. Basic HTML and a working understanding of structured data markup. Experience with Google Merchant Center product feeds and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
• Working command of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic HTML/CSS, API integration, together with at least one crawl and rank tracking tool such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Able to interpret a crawl report and distinguish a substantive fix from a cosmetic one.
• Strong Vietnamese writing and editing judgement, with the ability to brief, edit, and assess content quality rather than commission IT only.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Microsoft, Google, Lark, ETC.)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Good business proficiency in English (reading technical documents and communicating cross-functionally).
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and possesses a strong "owner" mindset. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, lean environment.
