Job Description We are looking for a creative individual to help us produce professional instructional videos for Wellness and Massage Therapists. The videos will be used for training purposes and should be clear, practical and easy to follow. The content should help learners understand proper massage techniques, client care, hygiene standards, service etiquette, safety precautions and professional conduct. Experience in creating instructional or training videos will be an advantage, but applicants without direct experience are also welcome to apply. We are open to working with someone who is creative, willing to understand the training objectives and able to produce clean and engaging videos. Scope of Work The freelancer will be required to: - Create instructional videos for Wellness and Massage Therapist training - Develop video flow based on the training topics provided - Ensure the videos is suitable for adult learners Possible Video Topics - Introduction to Wellness and Massage Therapy - Professional Grooming and Hygiene Standards - Client Communication and Service Etiquette - Workplace Safety and Body Mechanics - Basic Massage Techniques - Preparing the Massage Area - Client Comfort and Privacy - Do’s and Don’ts for Therapists - Handling Client Feedback and Complaints - Professional Boundaries and Conduct More details (and training) will be provided during shortlisting.
