WordPress Website Development, Content Publishing & SEO Management (Long-Term Project) Budget Fixed Budget: ₹15,000 (Non-Negotiable) Please read the complete project description before submitting your proposal. This is a fixed-price project with a strict maximum budget of ₹15,000. The budget is non-negotiable. Please do not bid if you are expecting a higher budget. Payment will be released in 3 milestones of ₹5,000 each upon successful completion of the agreed deliverables. I am looking for a reliable freelancer for a long-term collaboration. If your work quality, communication, and professionalism are excellent, there will be future projects and continuous monthly work. Project Duration 10 to 12 Weeks About the Project I am building a professional digital publishing platform that is designed for long-term growth. This is NOT a simple blog. The goal is to build a fast, modern, SEO-friendly publishing platform that can eventually become a large content website covering multiple categories. The website will primarily target: • Google Search • Google Discover • Organic SEO • High-quality user experience • Mobile-first design • Future scalability I am looking for ONE freelancer who can take complete ownership of this project. I do not want multiple freelancers for development, SEO, design and publishing. I want one responsible person who can manage everything within the project scope. Security Configuration Configure: • SSL • Cloudflare Security • Basic WordPress Security • Login Protection • Scheduled Backups • Spam Protection Analytics Setup Configure: • Google Analytics 4 • Google Search Console • Microsoft Clarity Content Publishing Responsibilities I will provide: • Category • Topic • Primary Keyword The freelancer will be responsible for: • Researching the topic • Using AI tools to prepare an initial draft where appropriate • Reviewing, improving and humanising the content • Fact-checking important information • Ensuring plagiarism-free content • Professional formatting • Creating headings and subheadings • Creating SEO-friendly content • Creating featured image • Adding supporting images where appropriate • Compressing and optimising images • Adding ALT text • Internal linking • External references where appropriate • SEO title • Meta description • SEO-friendly URL slug • Category selection • Tags • Publishing the article Content should always prioritise quality, readability and usefulness. Content Target Publish approximately 100 SEO-optimised articles during this project. The focus should be on: • Helpful content • Original content • Human-reviewed content • Good readability • Proper formatting • Internal linking • SEO best practices Image Requirements Every article should include: • One high-quality featured image • Supporting images where required • Optimised file size • Proper ALT text Images must be royalty-free, commercially licensed or created by the freelancer. Internal Linking The freelancer should: • Build topic clusters • Link related articles • Improve website architecture • Strengthen internal navigation Google Discover Best Practices The website and content should follow best practices that improve eligibility for Google Discover. This includes: • High-quality featured images • Mobile-first design • Fast loading pages • Helpful and original content • Engaging but accurate headlines • Proper formatting • Strong author pages • Editorial Policy page • About page No misleading, spammy or clickbait content should be published. Total published: 60 articles. Milestone 3 – ₹5,000 Final Improvements • Best Picks page/template • Buying Guide page/template • Comparison page/template • Performance optimisation • Security improvements • Documentation • Final testing • Bug fixes Publish final 40 articles. Total published: 100 articles. Final Handover Upon completion I should receive: • Fully functional WordPress website • Administrator access • Child Theme • Source code (if applicable) • Website backup • Documentation • Basic website management guide Important Conditions • No copied or plagiarised content. • AI-generated content must always be reviewed, edited and improved before publishing. • No copyrighted material. • No nulled themes or plugins. • Standard WordPress development practices must be followed. • All work completed under this project becomes my property after payment. • Weekly communication is mandatory. • Proactive suggestions for improving the website are always welcome.
