• The Affiliate Supervisor builds and scales our affiliate network on TikTok Shop, Shopee,
• or Brand.com. You will hunt for new KOCs, incubate them with content and product know-how, and grow the best of them from Seedlings into North Stars who drive a meaningful share of our GMV.
• You will work across creators, MCNs and agencies, and pioneer tailor-made approach to commercial, livestream, content, CRM and data.
• (*) NOTE: Please kindly note that the employment contract for this position will be signed and administered through Shiseido’s designated third-party workforce provider.

• HUNT: Build the pipeline
• Scout and recruit new KOCs and affiliates on TikTok Shop and Shopee, with a focus on skincare and beauty creators.
• Use affiliate centers, creator marketplaces and social listening to find high- potential talent early.
• Build and manage relationships with MCNs and agencies to access curated creator pools.
• Screen creators for brand fit, content quality, audience profile and compliance history before onboarding.
• INCUBATE: Turn Seedlings into productive affiliates
• Run onboarding and product training sessions on ingredients, key claims, usage rituals and brand storytelling.
• Coach creators on short-video and livestream content: hooks, scripting, demos,
• before/after formats and CTAs.
• Produce content briefs, scripts and reference videos; support or lead shoots when needed.
• Manage product seeding, sample allocation and free-sample approvals against clear criteria.
• GROW: develop top creators
• Segment the affiliate network by performance tier and move creators up to become top-tier for SCV.
• Design incentive schemes: tiered commissions, bonuses, exclusive launches and campaign participation.
• Identify top-performing content with digital performance team.
• Build long-term partnerships with top affiliates, including co-created content and livestream collaborations.
• Min from 2 to 3+ years in ecommerce affiliate, KOC/KOL or creator management, ideally in beauty, skincare or FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and/or Shopee Affiliate programs.
• Working knowledge of the Vietnamese creator ecosystem: MCNs, agencies, KOC tiers and commission models.
• Content skills: can brief, script and give practical feedback on short videos and livestreams.
• Able to deliver product training clearly and confidently to creators.
• Data-driven: comfortable with Excel/Power BI and platform dashboards to track
• GMV, ROI and conversion.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; organized enough to manage
• 100+ creators at once.
• Fluent Vietnamese; good English for reporting and working with regional teams.
