• Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
• Work with Sales & Marketing teams to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain product-related materials, including policy wording, brochures, sales illustrations, web content, presentations, and training materials.
• Manage and monitor sales illustration tools and related system functions.
• Support product communication, training, and sales enablement activities to ensure effective product promotion and understanding.
• Product Development Support
• Coordinate with related departments to support product development and product enhancement initiatives.
• Support product implementation, launch preparation, and post-launch activities.
• Prepare product documents and coordinate internal approval processes.
• Organize Product Committee meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on action items.
• Track project progress and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Market Research & Product Strategy Support
• Conduct market research on products, pricing, and industry trends.
• Support customer surveys, focus groups, sales feedback collection, and other research activities.
• Analyze research findings and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Monitor product performance and support ongoing product enhancement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Product Development, Product Marketing, Market Research, Insurance Operations, or related functions. Experience in Life Insurance is preferred.
• Good understanding of product development processes, product lifecycle management, and marketing principles.
