• Experience & knowledge in Product Marketing are a strong plus.
• Experience & knowledge in Admin tasks and Data Analyse is preferable.
• Data analysis & visualization
• Visualization data (excel, chart)
• Consolidate data and files to support for analysis/internal monitoring/planning
• Research & Competitor's updates
• Reports
• Support on preparing reports as assigned (Plan, Sales Order weekly updates, Go To Marketing) tracking, etc.)
• Full practical skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Commit to work fulltime (5 days per week) in 6 months.
• Good at communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
• Have a desire to learn, proactivity, quick-learning ability, and teamwork skill.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITY
• Basic analysis to support for high level analysis
• Weekly competitor updates: price, new models, etc via dealer's website, branded website
• Price monitoring: dealer's price, competitor's price change
• New product launching
• Gift production
• Other admin tasks: license with legal, announcement letter check, raise system requests
• Product page picture: working with In-house Designer & product assets consolidation
• Sample management:
• Loan request, stocks return, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned based on team's workload.
