• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably within a Marketing / Creative Agency.
• Experiences:
• Proven Track Record: Proven experience in developing Creative Concepts, Art Direction, Key Visuals, Social Creative, Influencer/KOL campaigns, Photo/Video Production, and Pitching.
• Relationship Management: Strong ability to deal/negotiate and maintain long-term, sustainable relationships with Creators.
• Attitude:
• Strong capabilities in creative concept development, art & visual direction, campaign ideation, design execution, and creative team leadership, with the ability to develop and maintain consistent visual direction across integrated communication campaigns.
• Leadership: Capable of managing a small team, setting clear KPIs, and following up strictly on progress and quality
• A strong Can-do spirit with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.

Mô tả công việc

• Art Director leads creative & visual direction across campaigns, from concept to execution, team leadership, creative quality, visual consistency, and collaboration with clients, Influencers, and production partners to deliver brand-aligned creative solutions.
• Creative Direction & Concept Development (35%)
• Lead the development of creative concepts, big ideas, and art direction for integrated campaigns across Social, Digital, Influencer, and other communication platforms.
• Own the overall visual direction, including Key Visuals, Moodboards, Scamps, Layouts, Typography, Color, and other visual elements.
• Develop creative ideas and visual solutions for Social Media, Influencer, KOL/KOC, and brand communication campaigns.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling, and executable visual concepts
• Creative Team Leadership & Development (30%)
• Lead and develop the Creative/Design team through task allocation, creative direction, coaching, creative review, and performance evaluation.
• Set creative standards and ensure consistency in quality, execution, and visual identity across projects.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative outputs from concept development through final execution.
• Support team members in developing their creative thinking, design skills, and professional capabilities.
• Pitching & Cross-functional Collaboration (35%)
• Develop and present creative decks, concepts, and visual directions for client pitches and internal presentations.
• Collaborate closely with Account, Strategy, Content, Influencer, Production, and other internal teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
• Work with clients, KOLs/KOCs, production partners, photographers, videographers, and other external stakeholders to ensure effective creative execution.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual perspectives during brainstorming, campaign development, and business proposals.

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM
