A little about me: - Competitive CrossFit athlete (where I’m trying to grow more online) - Team Canada bobsleigh athlete - Women's tackle football player - Former Division I track & field athlete - My long-term goal is to become a recognized athlete, attract sponsorships/brand deals, and inspire others through my journey. I'm looking for someone who can: - Develop a long-term social media growth strategy. Increase my followers organically (no bots or fake engagement). - Help create a consistent content plan and posting schedule. - Advise on reels, TikToks, and short-form content that performs well. - Improve engagement and reach. - Help establish my personal brand and make my content stand out. - Give guidance on captions, hashtags, trends, and storytelling. - Help position me for sponsorships and partnerships with athletic brands. - Analyze performance and recommend improvements over time. What I'm looking for in a freelancer: - Experience growing athletes, fitness creators, or sports brands. - Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms. - Proven results with previous clients (please include examples or case studies). - Creative, proactive, and able to generate new content ideas. I'm looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship and genuinely help me grow into a recognizable athlete and public figure, not just someone who schedules posts.
