Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, merchandising or marketing.
  • Experience in MD/category management, promotion planning and retail marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnam beauty market.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and project management skills.
  • Business-level English communication.
  • Experience from Watsons, Guardian, Hasaki, Beauty Box, Lixibox, Innisfree, The Face Shop, Amorepacific, LG H&H or similar companies.
  • Preferred experience
  • KOL / Digital Marketing

Mô tả công việc

  • Develop K-Beauty product assortment and select key/Hero SKUs.
  • Manage categories, pricing, promotions, sales and inventory performance.
  • Work with brands/distributors on sourcing, commercial terms and joint marketing.
  • Plan monthly promotions, product launches and Grand Opening campaigns.
  • Manage SNS, KOL/KOC, CRM and customer acquisition/retention activities.
  • Organize events, exhibitions and pop-up stores.
  • Analyze POS/customer data to improve merchandising, promotion and store performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
