Job Description Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Brand Experience & Event Executive (Fashion, $1000, ID 15003): • Develop and execute client engagement and retention plans across the customer journey for brands and boutiques, including brand events, boutique activations, watch exhibitions, and press conferences. • Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing activities and campaign performance. • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors. • Manage event budgets and invoicing for each activation or event. • Oversee event execution and coordinate agency/project team progress and deliverables. • Source suppliers for marketing activities, including decorations, gifts, F&B, and event materials/tools. • Manage and maintain marketing assets, tools, and corporate gifts. • Collaborate closely with brands, boutiques, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, product launches, and client communication/reconnection activities, ensuring consistent customer engagement and alignment with business goals. • Handle additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by the team based on project requirements. Requirement • Male/ Female, 25 - 36 years old • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Event Marketing within luxury retail industries, preferably for high-end watch brands, cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, 5-star services/hospitality, or automotive sectors. • Proficient in English communication skills.
