Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for overseeing CRM operations, including customer data management, loyalty programs, and customer engagement activities to drive business growth.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and effective utilization.
• Analyze, find out insights, solution & process improvements to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

• Lead and manage CRM & loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
• Own and ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data across CRM systems
• Analyze customer and sales data to generate insights and support business decision-making
• Oversee CRM operations, including data management, system updates, and process optimization
• Manage customer communication and support trade marketing activities, including POSM planning and inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Experience from 1 to 2 years of in Marketing or related roles. Experience in Construction Materials industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication in English.
• Willing to go on business trips.
