Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or digital/IT projects
• Related experience
• Proven experience in delivering at least 1-2 AI / data / automation projects in a real business environment
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
• Project Management: Planning, execution, risk and stakeholder management
• Applied AI Understanding: Strong knowledge of AI use cases such as Computer Vision, Predictive Maintenance, Data Analytics
• Business Translation: Ability to translate operational problems into digital/AI solutions
• Data Awareness: Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data, or related fields
• Core Competencies
• Communication: Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills

Mô tả công việc

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI projects (from use case identification, pilot implementation to full deployment and scaling).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and refine AI/analytics use cases aligned with operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans and data-driven solutions.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Data teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure project delivery meets timeline, scope, budget, and expected business impact.
• Identify and manage risks, especially related to data availability and quality or system integration.
• Coordinate with solution vendors and monitor delivery performance
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement after deployment
• Track and report project progress to management and steering committee
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
