- You do NOT need 5+ years of experience.
- We would rather find someone with 1–3 years of genuine hands-on experience who understands internet culture, trends and how to get people talking about a brand.
- Experience with Telegram, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, influencer outreach, gaming/entertainment brands or social media automation tools such as n8n would be a big advantage.
- WE'RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER
- We are looking for a hands-on, creative and internet-savvy Social Media & Community Manager to join the team, a fast-growing social trivia gaming platform.
- We need someone who can take ownership of our social media accounts and handle the day-to-day work, so the founders don't have to.
- Setting up and managing our social media accounts
- Managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Telegram, WhatsApp and YouTube
- Posting and scheduling content
- Editing short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Helping execute giveaways, competitions and promotional campaigns
- Working alongside our automated social media systems
- Monitoring performance and providing simple weekly reports
- Troubleshooting basic social media account and platform issues
- Be very comfortable with social media and understand how different platforms work
- Understand TikTok, Reels, Shorts and viral/trending content
- Have basic video editing skills, ideally CapCut
- Understand social media analytics and engagement
- Be comfortable learning new tools and technology
- Write excellent, engaging English
- Be proactive. We don't want someone who needs to be told what to do every day

- This is NOT just a "create a few posts every week" role.
- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Creating simple graphics using Canva
- Writing engaging captions and social copy
- Responding to comments and DMs
- Finding trends, memes, sounds and conversations we can jump on
- Identifying and contacting influencers and micro-creators
- Managing Meta Business Suite, account permissions and platform settings
- You should:
- Be able to use Canva
- Be organised and able to work independently
- THE BIG TEST
- When something starts trending, we want someone whose first thought is:
- "How can Trivo get involved in this?"
