- Your previous Reddit community management experience.
- We are looking for an experienced Reddit Community Manager to help manage Reddit engagement for our brand.
- Good understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and community guidelines.
- Ability to write comments that sound natural and human.
- Ability to research topics and understand conversations before commenting.
- Must be comfortable working with spreadsheets/reporting.
- Must not use bots, automated commenting tools, or spam techniques.

- The freelancer should provide a simple weekly report containing:
- Examples of Reddit accounts or campaigns you have managed, if available.
- Please do not apply if your strategy involves mass commenting, copy-pasting comments, bots, or automated Reddit activity.
- The role involves finding relevant Reddit discussions, understanding the context of each conversation, and posting helpful, natural, and relevant comments that contribute genuine value to the discussion.

- Keep track of comments/posts submitted and provide regular reporting.
- Identify opportunities where our brand/content can be mentioned naturally when relevant.
- Monitor responses and engage with users when appropriate.
- Maintain a professional and consistent Reddit presence.
