We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote marketing team for a long-term collaboration. Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. - Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. - Perform keyword research and audience targeting. - Monitor campaign performance and improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate. - Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. - Manage multiple advertising accounts. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. - Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns. - Ability to communicate in English. - Experience managing monthly budgets of $10,000+ is preferred. - Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
