• Proven experience closing sales over the phone or video (agency, coaching, SaaS, or high-ticket sales background preferred)
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
• Available for US time-zone
• Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills

Mô tả công việc

• You'll be handed qualified leads (booked calls or warm inquiries) and your job is simple: get on the call, understand the prospect's needs, present our offer, and close the sale. No cold prospecting required, we bring the leads, you bring the close.
• Conduct scheduled sales calls with pre-qualified leads
• Understand prospect pain points and position our services as the solution
• Handle objections confidently and guide prospects to a decision
• Close deals and collect payment/contract signatures on the call where possible
• Log call outcomes and update the CRM after every call
• Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call
• Hit monthly closing targets (deals closed / revenue generated)

Quyền lợi

• 100% commission — 15-20 % closed deal value per sale
• Bonus: bonus structure for hitting monthly targets
• No base salary — this role is best suited for an experienced closer confident in their ability to convert
• Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Only
