• At least 6 months of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL/KOC booking, Creator Partnership, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of international social media platforms such as TikTok, Douyin, and other creator ecosystems.
• Quick to identify trends and possess strong market awareness.
• Own a personal laptop for work purposes.
• Good English communication skills, including email correspondence, online chats, and meetings with international KOLs/KOCs, especially in the US market. (Minimum English proficiency level B2 or equivalent required.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Mô tả công việc

• Research, build, and maintain a database of international influencers/KOCs across key markets such as the United States, Indonesia, Thailand, and other target regions.
• Proactively reach out to and establish long-term relationships with international content creators.
• Execute and manage TikTok influencer booking campaigns, including communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up with creators.
• Stay updated on the latest Influencer Marketing trends and market developments in overseas markets, and propose strategic improvements when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports and perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
