Job Title:LinkedIn Ghostwriter & Personal Brand Manager (Thought Leadership Strategy & Growth) Job Description:I am looking for a dedicated, highly strategic LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Personal Brand Manager to help transform my personal profile into an industry-leading thought leadership hub. Your primary goal is not just to "post content," but to capture my unique voice, increase my industry visibility, build an engaged community, and drive organic inbound opportunities. This is a long-term, monthly retainer position. Scope of Work & Key Deliverables:Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop and maintain a rolling monthly content calendar aligned with industry trends and my professional focus areas.High-Quality Ghostwriting: Write 3 to 5 premium posts per week (a mix of high-impact text, engaging images, and visual carousels). Absolutely zero generic, AI-generated fluff.Profile Optimization: Audit and overhaul my LinkedIn profile, turning it into a high-converting landing page (tagline, banner advice, about section, and featured section). Inbound Engagement: Spend 15–20 minutes responding to comments on my posts immediately after they go live to boost algorithmic reach. Outbound Networking: Actively engage with posts from creators and prospects in my niche daily to drive targeted traffic back to my profile. Monthly Analytics Reporting: Provide a brief end-of-month report detailing follower growth, post impressions, profile views, and top-performing content.Candidate Requirements:Flawless Written English: Exceptional command of professional American/British English, copywriting frameworks, hooks, and storytelling. Proven Track Record: You must provide screenshots of real analytics (reach, impressions, follower growth) or links to active clients you currently manage. Strong Personal Presence: You must practice what you preach. Your own LinkedIn profile should demonstrate that you know how to build a brand.
