- I need a hands on specialist to set up, run, and steadily optimise a hyper-local ad strategy that drives new customers through our doors in our restaurant, but also order online.
- The core channels are Facebook and Instagram, with additional placement on TikTok and Google Ads so we can test, learn, and retarget across the entire funnel.
- We will kick off with a modest spend, then scale once the data proves which audiences and creatives convert best. You’ll be expected to:
- Produce eye-catching video ads first (our priority format), using the images and short clips we already have or by creating fresh assets yourself when needed
- Launch geo-targeted campaigns, set up retargeting loops, and keep a close eye on frequency so we stay front-of-mind without overspending
- Review performance daily, refine audiences, bids, and copy, and send me concise weekly reports highlighting wins, issues, and next steps
- If you have case studies of previous hospitality or local-business campaigns—especially those built on lean budgets—please attach them.

- Build and structure each platform account, including pixel and conversion tracking
