I run a Melbourne Australia e-commerce brand that communicates in both Chinese and English. I now need one reliable person from Malaysia who can move smoothly between three areas of work: — Virtual assistance focused on customer support: you’ll monitor our shared inbox, answer product questions in a friendly tone, and escalate only the tricky issues to me. Most messages come in English, but an increasing number arrive in Chinese, so confident written skills in both languages are essential. — Graphic design that keeps our visual identity consistent: the role includes refreshing our primary logo when needed, creating on-brand social media posts (mainly Instagram and Facebook) and preparing simple marketing flyers or one-page brochures for seasonal campaigns. You are free to work in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or any tool you prefer, as long as the final files arrive in editable, layered format. — Chinese-to-English translation: short product blurbs, how-to guides and the occasional customer email will need quick, accurate translation that reads naturally to an English-speaking audience. Other positions- Web developer, writer, translator What success looks like • Customer emails are answered within 12 hours, with satisfaction scores above 90%. • Design assets meet the size and spec I provide and match our existing colour palette and typography. • Translations are error-free, keep the original intent, and require no heavy rewriting on my side. If you are organised, design-savvy and truly bilingual, I’d love to see a brief note along with samples of past logo, social post or brochure work and one short translation you’re proud of.
