• Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures.
• Worker assists marketing professionals by following direction in completing routine, non-complex assignments such as: executing programs/tactics, handling inquiries of narrow scope and complexity, managing simple projects, measuring and analyzing results.
• May direct and monitor activities of marketing services suppliers.
• Participates in and may lead small project teams.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing and marketing processes.
• Works independently with work prioritization defined by manager/supervisor..
• The worker primarily uses basic coordination/administrative skills to execute marketing programs/tactics, handle requests from the sales force, channel partners and customers, gather, assemble, and monitor secondary industry/market information, develop specific elements in the preparation of market, customer or competitor reports, or produce other standard reports.
• Assignments are often short-term projects with many projects underway at one time.
• Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is normally required.
• Also required are basic influencing and communication skills, analysis, and project management skills.
• Job Requiremennt
• Business or engineering degree or diploma with 2-year working experience
• Able to learn quickly the business process and procedures in 3M Vietnam
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Point
• Able to commuicate in oral and written English for sales and marketing activities
• Have basic analytical capabilities in business situation, pricing and P&L
