  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internally and externally recognized and valued as an expert in their field.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Mô tả công việc

  • Cost & KPI Negotiation
  • Contribute ideas for selecting suitable agencies to execute campaigns based on the approved agency list.
  • Negotiate costs and KPIs with agencies, KOLs, and talents.
  • Product Development
  • Follow up on packaging and product formula development.
  • Advertising & Promotion
  • Execute and report on the implementation of assigned promotional activities.
  • Brand Performance Monitoring
  • Conduct market visits to monitor POSM execution and product availability.
  • Gather feedback from retailers and end users.
  • Monitor competitors' activities.
  • Collect sales data as requested.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Be responsible for routine administrative tasks.
